Thank you for being a miracle.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for your support in moving the Miracles for Moms campaign forward this year. Thanks to your generous gifts we were able to raise $18,412!

Look at these faces full of joy! Your gifts to Miracles for Moms provided emergency food relief to Margret’s seven children, including her youngest triplets.

Look at these faces full of joy! Your gifts to Miracles for Moms provided emergency food relief to Margret’s seven children, including her youngest triplets.

With your help this May, hundreds of moms like Margret are now able to keep their children out of orphanages and become financially independent.

The lives of Margret, John, and their triplets have been protected with emergency food relief that your donations helped to provide. Last month we mentioned the struggles of Margret’s family, including her husband’s loss of income and potential loss of home. Unfortunately, the family did lose their home and are currently living with extended family while she and John work to regain some stability.

Thanks to your gifts, Margret was able to complete job skills training in the Family Preservation and Empowerment Program. With a stable supply of food you provided, Margret can focus on deciding which products to sell, and is gearing up to launch her business soon. Despite the family’s challenges, her triplets are still healthy and growing, having just celebrated their fourth birthday.

“I have received a lot of help in the form of food supplements, maize meal, infant formula, ground peanuts, second-hand clothing and I have also learned various small business skills like making floor rugs, peanut butter and floor polish. To benefit the whole family, I want to start a business like a grocery shop in which I can stock up on different things to sell.”

Thank you so much for your generosity during this campaign. I look forward to updating you soon on how your gifts have protected and uplifted the lives of hundreds of innocent and vulnerable children in Lusaka.

With gratitude,
